About the Journal
MIQDAR Journal of Legal and Sharia Studies publishes rigorous scholarship in law, Islamic jurisprudence, judiciary studies, transactions, and comparative studies between Sharia and positive law. Manuscripts must provide substantive analysis of legal or Sharia sources rather than descriptive summaries or non-research religious writing.
