Publication Fees

For all manuscripts submitted on or before 31 December 2027, author charges are USD 0. There are no submission, processing, publication, page, color, or withdrawal fees. Any future fees, if introduced, will be announced at least six months in advance and will apply only to new submissions after the effective date. Payment or waiver status does not affect scientific decisions and is not visible to editorial decision-makers.
